To work with graphical objects of the current application area, select the Graphical objects tab of the Object manager.
Lists
Graphical objects
List of graphical objects with the name, type ("BGO" for basic graphical object, "PGO" for personalized graphical object), description and the name of the original basic object.
The sort sequence can be defined by clicking the column headers of the list.
Extended-selection list.
With correction environments, there may be a check mark in front of each graphical object name.
A red check mark shows that the graphical object is being held by the default correction.
A black check mark shows that the graphical object is being held by a correction other than the default correction.
Context-sensitive menu
The following options are accessible at all times via the context-sensitive menu.
In addition, there may be buttons to perform the same actions on the right-hand side of the window, depending on the settings in the Create/Modify a software engineer dialog box's Preferences tab.
Note: if a source code repository is configured for the environment or for the current user, the list is enriched with a graphic indication of the synchronization state, and the menu shows additional options.

Create PGO
This option opens a dialog box which is used to create a personalized graphical object (PGO).
Modify
This option opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the general characteristics of the selected graphical object.
The dialog box displayed will depend on the type of graphical object selected (basic or personalized).
This option is only active when one or more graphical objects are selected in the list.
Delete
This option opens a message box which is used to confirm the final deletion of the selected graphical objects.
When the deletion is validated, the graphical object list is updated accordingly.
This option is only active when one or more graphical objects are selected in the list.
This option prints the description of the selected graphical objects.
The print job will be submitted to the Job manager.
This option is only active when one or more graphical objects are selected from the list.
Add BGO
This option opens a dialog box which is used to add a basic graphical object (BGO).
Analyze
This option opens a dialog box displaying all the programs that use the selected graphical object.
This option is only active when one or more graphical objects are selected in the list.
Properties
This option opens a dialog box displaying the logical properties associated with the selected graphical object.
This option is only active when one or more graphical objects are selected in the list.
4GL Editor
This option opens the 4GL Editor.
This option is only active when one or more personalized graphical objects (that may have a source) are selected in the list.
Hold
This option opens a dialog box enabling the selected graphical objects to be held by the default correction.
This option is only visible in correction environments.
It is only active when one or more graphical objects are selected in the list and the user has a default correction.
