Procedure

In the " Type" tab of the Environment attributes dialog box in the production environment:

1. Select the Remove option from the context-sensitive menu.

2. Select the type of removal required.

3. Click the Remove button.

The removal process comprises the following steps:

1. Depending on the removal type selected, the environment is:

• • simply removed from the list. This is useful for example, for environments that are no longer catalogued;
  • converted into a simple environment (the environment will no longer be part of the version manager);
  • deleted.

2. The environment is removed from the version manager's environment list, at the production environment level.

3. When the Environment attributes dialog box is closed, the environment list is propagated to all the environments in the list except the associated correction environments.
