This function is used to retrieve the language's name and identifier from the standard language selection box.

Length of the name variable.

NUM_BIN_4

Identifier

Language identifier.

BOOL

ReturnCode

Return code for the operation:

*TRUE   if the operation was completed successfully.

*FALSE  if it was not.
