Addition of the READ_ONLY property on Visual Adelia objects

Radio Button List object: addition of the READ_ONLY, READ_BACKGROUND_COLOR, READ_TEXT_COLOR and READ_BUTTONS_TEXT_COLOR properties.
Check Box object: addition of the READ_ONLY, READ_BACKGROUND_COLOR and READ_TEXT_COLOR properties.

Visual Adelia graphical list's filters improvements

In the graphical list, addition of the EXECUTE_AUTO_FILTERS method and AfterAutoFilter event, allowing a better filters' management when

there are in the same list, columns with both automatic and manual filters.

Adelia Web PROCESS_URL instruction
