To define the parameters relating to window management, click the Lines button of the Modify a window standard dialog box.

 

Important: Only administrators can change the information in this dialog box.

 

Data entry

Horizontal line/Vertical line

Characters used for the horizontal/vertical lines of a window border.

 

Pagination error message

Message to be displayed when the roll up or roll down limit has been reached.

If this field is left blank, the IBM message text is taken by default.

The other definition fields for the border are disabled.

For IBM windows, the border will use the default system parameters for a frame.

For Adelia windows, the border will use the default Adelia parameters (blank character for lines and reverse image for attributes).

 

Buttons

Modify (validation)

This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.

 

Cancel

This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.

Keyboard shortcut: Esc.

 

Attributes

This button opens a dialog box which is used to modify the field attributes.
