Reminder on rules which apply to attachments
Access
To display or modify the album variables, choose the Variables option from the Album menu in the Report Layout manager.
This dialog box is used to select logical properties which come from the LDM, and then to fill-in the private album of the report whose layout is being designed.
This album will then be used when placing variables onto the report via the Place - Variables option from the Edit menu.
Lists
Files
List of the logical entities attached to the current application area.
If one of these logical entities is selected, its logical properties appear in the variable list.
A filter above the list can be used to limit its display.
Single-selection list.
Variables
List of the logical properties of the logical entity selected in the previous list.
You have to select in this list the logical properties you want to place into the report album.
Extended-selection list.
Reminder: only the database logical properties placed in the report album will be positioned on the report.
Album
List of the logical properties (variables) placed in the report album.
Extended-selection list.

Display all of the repository's logical entities
Checked |
The tree view of unused fields displays all logical entities of the Adelia repository, irrespective of their attachment to the current application area. |
Unchecked |
The tree view displays only those logical entities attached to the current application area. |
By default: unchecked.
Buttons
Add
This button is used to add to the report album the variables selected in the variable list.
It is only active when one or more elements have been selected in the variable list.
Add all
This button adds in the report album all the selected file's variables.
It is only active when an element has been selected in the file list.
Delete
This button is used to delete the variables selected in the album list.
It is only active when one or more variables have been selected in the album list.
Clear the album
This button clears the album.
It is not active when the album is empty.
Modify (validation)
Validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
