This function is used to modify the transaction control mode (autocommit or manual control by COMMIT/ROLL_BACK).
Note: if you use this function, your application must be compiled with the commitment control ("Ignore the commitment control" checkbox unchecked in the environment attributes), otherwise the COMMIT and ROLL_BACK instructions will not be generated.
