Access
To display or modify the list of entities assigned to a transaction or to a report (depending on the type of current program), click the Entities button in the first button panel of the Question/Answer programming interface dialog box.
Displayed data
Program
Name of the current program.
Transaction (or report)
Number and description of the current transaction (interactive program) or name of the current report (batch program).
Lists
Entities
List of entities assigned either to the current report (batch program) or to the program (interactive program). In this case, the entities used in the current transaction are indicated.
The list is sorted according to the entities' sequence numbers.
The sequence of entities in the list can be modified.

Buttons
Assign
This button opens a dialog box which is used to select the entities to be assigned to the current program or report.
De-assign
This button removes the selected entity from the list.
It is not active when no entity is selected in the list.
Properties
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display the logical properties' characteristics and to select the formats on which they should appear.
This button is not active when no entity is selected in the list.
Access
This button opens a dialog box which is used to define the access to a logical entity.
This button is not active when no entity is selected in the list.
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made in the box, as well as the ones made in the following dialog boxes:
after a verification of their validity.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made, nor the ones made in the following dialog boxes:
