To configure the job manager, select the Setup option from the Edit general menu .

General settings
The general configuration of the job manager can only be modified by an administrator.
Logical server
Name of the logical server to use for connecting.
Queues
List of queues to start, displayed with their name, number ("ID") and number of jobs that can be run in parallel.
To create or modify a queue, click on the relevant field and type the name using the keyboard.
Similarly, indicate the ID in front of each queue and, in the "Parallel" column, the number of jobs that can be run simultaneously (from 1 to 20).
This last information can artificially raise the priority of the queue relative to others by authorising it to run multiple jobs simultaneously.
Suspend queues on startup

Daily maintenance jobs execution time
This field allows the activation time of daily maintenance jobs (deletion or automatic history creation, etc.) to be defined.
By default, these jobs are run at 00:00 every day.

User settings
Refresh data every xxx seconds
Indicate the number of seconds you want between each queue refresh.
This data can only be modified by a user other than the administrator if the latter has locked the queue refresh period.

Automatic loading of xxx pages
This options allows you to reduce the initial job loading to <xxx> pages (1- to load the full list), in order to limit the memory use in case of a big volume of jobs.
This option is only available in the Cloud version of the administration console.

Check the data to display for each job in the job manager main window.It is possible to display all the following data:

Type
State
Owner
Creation date
Activation date
Start date
End date
Machine
Priority
To reapply default display values, click on the Reset button.

This button confirms the information entered, then closes the dialog box.
