Proxy server configuration
If direct Internet connection is impossible, the license manager can connect to the Hardis Website via an HTTP proxy.

Use system connection parameters
The license manager connects to the Internet via the proxy defined in the Windows Internet preferences.
Note: In this situation, proxies requiring authentication are not supported. Manual configuration is necessary to provide a profile and password.
Manual proxy configuration
The proxy server connection details (host name, port, optionally user and password) are entered into the fields detailed below.

Proxy server host name to use for the connection.
This option is only available in the case of manual proxy configuration.
Mandatory entry.
Port
Proxy server connection port.
This option is only available in the case of manual proxy configuration.
Mandatory entry.
Profile
Profile to use for connection to the proxy server, if the server requires authentication.
This option is only available in the case of manual proxy configuration.
Optional entry. Leave this field blank if the proxy server does not require authentication.
Password
Password to use for connection to the proxy server, if the server requires authentication.
This option is only available in the case of manual proxy configuration.
Optional entry. Leave this field blank if the proxy server does not require authentication.
