Reports
List of reports used in the current document, along with their formats.
When a format is selected, only those variables associated with this format are displayed in the variable list.

Variables
List of the variables used in the selected report layout.
The following details will be shown for each variable:
Guide word.
Type:
AL Alphanumeric,
NU Numeric.Length.
Number of decimal places (numeric variables only).
Short name.
You can sort the list in ascending or descending order of the values by clicking the column heading.
Radio buttons
Type
Type of report assigned to the active document's program: Adelia or Crystal Reports.
These buttons will be dimmed and unavailable.

Retrieve
This option is used to insert the name of the selected report layout into the source in the active document, at the cursor's current position.
This option opens a dialog box enabling the selected report layout to be held by the default correction.
This option is only visible in correction environments. It is only active if one report layout is selected in the list and the user has a default correction.
Variable list

This option is used to insert the name of the selected variable into the active document's source, at the cursor's current position.
