Access
To add a connection to an AS/400, select the Connection option in the AS/400 window's context-sensitive menu in the job manager.
This dialog box is used to enter the parameters for an AS/400 connection.
Once validated, an icon representing an AS/400 will be added to the job manager's AS/400 window (if this AS/400 was not already there).
Data entry information
Host
TCP/IP address (or host name) of the AS/400 to which you want to connect.
TCP/IP port
Port on which the Adelia daemon is to listen; this will depend on the AS/400.
Profile
AS/400 connection profile.
Password
Password for the specified profile.
Buttons
Add
Validates the information entered and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box without validating the information entered.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
