Access
To display a list of the fields in a file, click on the Fields button in the File glossary dialog box.
No modifications can be made from this dialog box.
Displayed data
Name
Name of the file.
Description
Clear description of the file.
Type/Format
Type and format of the file.
Lists
Fields
List of all the fields in the file. The following details are given for each field: sequence number of the key with key fields, name (guide word), length, number of decimal places, type and description.
Buttons
Enter
Closes the dialog box.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
