Duplicating a Border in the Screen Layout Manager

Select the border to be duplicated.
Choose the Copy option from the Edit menu (or use its keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Ins).
Then, choose the Paste option from the Edit menu (or use its keyboard shortcut: Shift+Ins).
