To work with the logical entities used in the current transaction or in the curent report, i.e. the logical entities having some logical properties already placed on the transaction or on the report, choose the Logical entities option, either: from the Transaction menu of the Screen layout manager, from the Report menu of the Report layout manager. Warning: For the logical entities of a report, this option is only available for "ADELIA" batch programs. This option is only available if variables were placed on the transaction or on the report. Name of the selected logical entity. Number of the selected logical entity. Length: 6 digits maximum. Reminder: In a program, the sequence numbers of the processed entities define the hierarchy of accesses in the level 2. List of all the logical entities used in the current transaction or in the current report. When a logical entity is selected, its name appears in the "Name" field and its sequence number (if any) in the "Number" field. Single-selection list. This button is only active when the number specified in the "Number" field has been modified. It validates the change of sequence number. This button is not active when no logical entity is selected in the list. This button is not active when no logical entity is selected in the list. This button opens a dialog box which is used to display and possibly exclude the IE and VE -class management rules assigned to the selected entity. This button is not active when no logical entity is selected in the list. This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
