To work with the Web services for the current application area, choose the Web Services tab in the 4GL editor's Repository menu.
The dialog box automatically opens on the WS tab.
Note: Double-clicking the title bar minimizes the dialog box, leaving only the title bar visible.

Web services
List of Web services attached to the current application area, including their names and descriptions.
Multiple-selection list.
You can sort the list according to a column, in ascending or descending order, by clicking the corresponding column header.
Note: With correction environments, there may be a check mark in front of each Web service name.
- A red check mark indicates that the Web service is held by the default correction.
- A black check mark indicates that the Web service is held by a correction other than the default correction.

Retrieve
When a single Web service is selected, this option inserts the Web service's name into the active document's source, at the current cursor position.
This option is only enabled if one Web service is selected in the list.
Opens a dialog box that lets you copy the selected Web services.
This option is only enabled if one or more Web services are selected in the list.
Opens a dialog box that lets you register a Web service.
Opens a dialog box that lets you display or modify the selected Web service's general characteristics.
This option is only enabled if one or more Web services are selected in the list.
Opens a message box requesting confirmation before effectively deleting the selected Web services.
Upon confirmation, the Web service list is updated.
If a Web service is also attached to other application areas, it is not deleted, but detached from the current application area.
This option is only enabled if one or more Web services are selected in the list.
Opens a dialog box that lets you attach Web services from the repository to the current application area, or detach them.
