Final deletion

  • When an object has been selected, it can be entirely deleted from the program by means of the Delete option from the Edit menu.
A deletion confirmation is then requested.

Graphical deletion

  • The selected object can also be deleted from the graph without deleting it from the program. To do this, use the Del key or the Delete the graphic option from the Edit menu.
The object "deleted" from the graph remains available in the list displayed by the Place (programs or transactions) options of the Edit menu.

When an object (program or transaction) is deleted or removed, all the links anchored on this object are deleted or removed with it.

If the graph of a link is deleted, this link is definitively deleted: for a link, Delete the graphic is equivalent to Delete.

If the deleted object is later replaced on the graph (by means of the corresponding Place option from the Edit menu), all the related links are automatically replaced on the graph.

Warning: when you delete the graphical representation of a link, this link is actually deleted: regarding links, Delete the graphic is equivalent to the Delete option.
