Access
To place on the screen the formats which were previously stored in the transaction album, choose the Place - Formats option from the Edit menu of the Screen layout manager.

Album formats
List of all the format codes gathered in the transaction album.
For each one, the original program and transaction are specified.
Select the formats to be placed on the screen. Only the fields of the selected formats will be placed on the screen.

Place (validation)
This button places the selected formats on the screen.
If a format is placed in the middle of another format, all the lines located under the format placed will be modified. Click here to see an example.
When all the selected formats have been placed, the dialog box is automatically reopened, in order to select other formats to be placed, if any.
This button is not active when no format is selected in the list.
Note: The characteristics of the format, hidden fields as well as messages and parameters are not placed.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the placing.
