In this version, Question/Answer instructions can only be used to build ADELIA type programs.
Various program templates are available as standard within Adelia.
These program templates, written by project engineering managers, provide questions for users who wish to write a program according to certain criteria or parameters. The answers given to the questions allow the Adelia 4GL program to be generated automatically.
The Build option in the SSG Program menu (interactive programs) or the Build button in the Work with a batch program dialog box (batch programs), or else the Build option in the Tasks tab of the Object manager, allow you to run the program template selected by a user by sequencing questions and interpreting the answers given by that user.
The Modify button in the dialog boxes used to work with programs allows you to associate a program template with a program.
The Question/Answer instructions (Q/A) are used to define questions for the program template. These instructions will generate the Question/Answer interface and allow users to generate their new programs according to their needs.
