To reproduce the changes to PGOs in a program, choose the Update PGOs option in the 4GL Editor's Program menu.
This box lets you select the PGOs for which you want to reproduce changes in the program.
Reproducing changes updates the non modifiable properties of the different PGO instances in the program windows, and the source associated with these instances.
The source update rules are as follows:
- the source blocks (events) existing in the object instance, but not in the PGO, will not be modified.
- the source blocks existing in the PGO, but not in the object instance, will be created in the program source.
- for the source blocks existing both in the object instance and the PGO source, the instructions located in the instance between the BEGIN_PGO and END_PGO lines will be updated by the PGO source. If these lines are missing, the PGO instance will not be updated.
