Access
To assign to a batch program a report attached to the current application area, or to access the list of repository reports, click the Assign button of the Work with a batch program dialog box.
Lists
Assigned (reports)
List of all the reports assigned to the selected batch program.
Extended-selection list.
Available (reports)
List of all the reports available in the current application area and which are not already assigned to the selected batch program.
If the report has not the same visibility as the batch program, it appears in the list but cannot be assigned to this program.
If the selected report is not the same kind as any reports already assigned, it is shown in the list but cannot be assigned to the corresponding program.
A filter located above the list can be used to limit the reports displayed.

Report kind
Kind of the reports assigned to the current program: Adelia or Crystal Reports.
Reminder: You cannot assign more than one kind of report to the same program. In this case, an error message is displayed.
Buttons
Assign
This button assigns the selected available reports to the batch program.
If the selected report does not have the same visibility as the batch program, it appears in the list but cannot be assigned to this program.
If the selected report is not the same kind as any reports already assigned, it is shown in the list but cannot be assigned to the corresponding program.
This button is not active when no report is selected in the list of assigned reports.
De-assign
This button de-assigns the selected assigned reports.
The reports de-assigned this way will reappear in the list of available reports.
This button is not active when no report is selected in the list of assigned reports.
Create
This button opens a dialog box which is used to create a report.
By default, the reports created this way have the same visibility as the batch program, and are assigned to the program.
However, if the report created is not the same kind as those already assigned, it will not be assigned to the program. An error message will inform the user.
Copy
This button opens a dialog box which is used to copy a report.
This button is not active when no report is selected in either list.
Modify
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the general characteristics of the selected report.
This button is not active when no report is selected in either list.
Delete
This button opens a message box which is used to confirm the final deletion of the selected reports.
When the deletion is validated, the list of reports is updated accordingly.
This button is not active when no report is selected in the list of assigned reports.
Hold
This button opens a dialog box enabling the selected reports to be held by the default correction.
This button is only visible in correction environments.
It is only active when one or more reports are selected in either list and the user has a default correction.
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
However, the creation, modification and deletion operations on reports are not canceled.

Repository
This button opens a dialog box displaying the list of repository reports.
