For window-type transactions only, you can create a border which will define the location of the window on the screen:
Move the cursor of the mouse to a corner of the border, then drag the mouse while holding the right button and scan the diagonal line of the window.
The border is designed when you release the button of the mouse.
As all graphical objects, this border can be selected, modified, redimensioned, moved or deleted.
