Access
To change the status of a request, choose one of the status change options configured in JIRA and accessible via:
the context-sensitive menu of the JIRA repository in the 4GL editor, or
the Action menu in the dialog box used to modify a request.
These options are used to change the status of a request following the JIRA project workflow.
The suggested options are those possible according to the current status of the request and are only offered if the developer has the RESOLVE_ISSUE right.
Data displayed
The box automatically displays a comment field (optional) and the following fields configured in JIRA and supported for the status change:
- Assigned developer,
- Reporter,
- Summary,
- Problem description,
- Type,
- Priority,
- Resolution,
- Components,
- Affected versions,
- Corrected versions.
Non-supported fields are ignored. They are not provided during the transition and therefore retain their initial value.
