When a report is verified, the system makes sure the following rules are respected:
Formats beginning with the character "*" cannot exist in a report.
No format can be split: a format cannot include another.
Two variables or two user-defined variables cannot have the same short name and/or the same name inside a same format.
The reference formats defined in logical entities must exist in the report.
