In the client part of a VADELIA program not generated in Cloud, this reserved word returns the Windows profile of the workstation in which the client part runs.
If this reserved word is placed in the client part of a VADELIA program generated in Cloud, it returns the authentication profile for the realm in which the program runs.
In the client part of a WADELIA program, this reserved word returns the authenticated user via HTTP protocol. If there is no HTTP authentication for the Web application, *USER's value is *BLANK.
If placed in a client part of a VADELIA program generated as a Web service, we obtain the authenticated user via HTTP protocol.
If there is no HTTP authentication for the host Web application, *USER is *BLANK.In a server part, this reserved word returns the Middleware profile for connection to the server part.
