For some objects, an input field is available above the lists, in which you can enter a filter. This filter is a selection criterion which is used to limit the list display.
In the object lists of a correction environment's repository, the special value [CORR_DEF] is used to display objects held by the default correction. In this case, it is not a conventional alphanumeric filter.
Alphanumeric filter
An alphanumeric filter is made up of digits, letters, and of joker characters "?" and "*"..
Example:
-
The CLIENT? filter lists all the objects with a name of seven characters which starts with "CLIENT".
The CLIENT* filter lists all the objects with the "CLIENT" prefix.
The *10 filter lists all the objects with the "10" suffix.
The *CODE* filter lists all the objects with "CODE".
The [CORR_DEF] filter displays the objects held by the default correction (correction environment).
Numeric filter
You can set a numeric filter by defining a value range in the format: minimum value, dash, maximum value.
Example:
-
The filter 10-30 lists all values between 10 and 30.
The filter -50 lists all values lower than or equal to 50.
The filter 30- lists all values greater than or equal to 30.
The filter 50 lists the value 50.
Note: Numeric filters are currently only used for error messages.
Clicking the right mouse button in the input field displays a list of the most recently-used filters.
