Syntax
XML_READ_NEXT XmlIdentifierName
Description
Positions to the following node in the file opened with <XmlIdentifierName> which must be an *SEQ XML identifier. In addition to standard XML nodes, the XML_READ_NEXT instruction is able to position to node ends, comment nodes and text not enclosed within XML tags.
When this instruction is executed, the *RETURN_CODE reserved word can take the following values:
0 (*NORMAL) |
Positioned correctly at a node. |
13 |
Error: XML identifier not open. |
100 |
End of file reached. |
