Attaching a Logical Entity
If the origin of a logical entity is conceptual, it follows the attachment of the conceptual entity which supplied it.
If the origin of a logical entity is not conceptual, the entity itself must have been attached to the application area when generating the Logical Data Model (LDM).
Attaching a Logical Property
If the origin of a logical property is not conceptual, the property follows the attachment of its logical entity.
If the origin of a logical property is conceptual:
- if it is not supplied by a relationship, it follows the attachment of the conceptual property which supplied it;
- if is is supplied by a relationship, it follows the attachment of the relationship, and of the conceptual property.
