This function retrieves the management mode used for the error messages dialog box.

DlgMode = *TRUE The dialog box remains active when an error message has been selected. A blinking frame highlights the graphic control subject to the error.
DlgMode = *FALSE (default value) The graphic control subject to the error gains the focus. The focus switches from the error messages dialog box to the window containing the control subject to an error. |
