Access
The details below are displayed when an AS/400 database has been selected in the Database manager list in certain Database management tool utilities.
NB.: the following database management tool utilities are concerned:
Lists
Manager
Browse through these lists and select the database manager used to manage the environment.
Data entry
Server host name
Name of the AS/400 server containing the database.
Mandatory entry.
Port
Adelia deamon connection port.
Mandatory entry.
User
Connection profile.
Mandatory entry.
Password
Password associated with the connection profile.
Mandatory entry.
Default library
Default library or SQL schema (used for unqualified object names).
This library can only be specified if the AS/400 database is using OS/400 version V5R2M0 or higher.
