Access
To include a file's fields in the data environment, you must either:
Click on the Include button in the Data environment dialog box.
Select the Include option from the context-sensitive menu (in the list of entities, accesses and join entities) in the Input help - LDM dialog box.

Files
List of the files in the current application area that are not already used in the data environment.
If you double-click on the file name, it will be selected and the dialog box closed.
A filter located above the list lets you restrict the number of files displayed.

Buttons
Include (validation)
Validates the selection and closes the dialog box: all the fields in the selected file will then be added to the list of variables in the data environment.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box without validating the selection.
