The table structures are either supplied as generic scripts (.gen) or as scripts specific to a given DBMS (.sql).
Generic scripts (.gen) contain table descriptions only. They are created when the Adelia PDM is generated. This type of update does not let you customize the index and table creation queries.
You can therefore supply specific scripts for a given DBMS. These scripts can be modified by the developer, and special functions incorporated for the destination DBMS (see the [PDM/<DBMS>] section).
