VaToolBxOpenFileSelection

This function calls the standard file selection window.

<WINDOW>		Name of the current window.
ALPHA(n)	Title	Title of the window.
ALPHA(n)	FilterType	Description associated with the Filter filter.
ALPHA(n)	Filter	File extension filter.
ALPHA(n)	FilePath	Initial access path leading to the file. This will be the path shown in the "File name" field when the box is opened. When the box is closed, FilePath will be set with the path and file name selected by the user.
NUM_BIN_4	Size	Size of the FilePath parameter.
BOOL	ReturnCode	Return code for the operation: TRUE if the user has selected a file, otherwise FALSE.
