Many lists and tree views used in a variety of Adelia Studio dialog boxes are managed using context-sensitive menus. Context-sensitive menus are also used to work with the product's main window, from which you access the various Adelia Studio, environment and buffer administration features.
A context-sensitive menu appears when you click the right mouse button.
The options shown in the context-sensitive menu depend on the position of the mouse pointer when you click the right mouse button:
Main Adelia Studio window |
The context-sensitive menu varies according to whether the right mouse button was clicked over the window's background, an environment icon or a buffer icon. |
Tree view |
The options displayed depend on the object under the pointer when you click the mouse right button. |
List |
Some options in the context-sensitive menu may be active or shaded (disabled) according to whether or not an object has been selected in a list. |
In lists and tree views, default context-sensitive menu options are shown in bold. Double-clicking the corresponding object has the same effect as this option.
Note: It is now possible to configure the default option from a context-sensitive menu. This is done in the 4GL Editor options - "Environment" tab.
