If the display of an empty *n subfile does not erase a previously displayed *m subfile, indicate, at the ERASE keyword level of the *n subfile control format, the format code (*m) of the *m subfile.
If you use a subfile whose record takes up more than one line, the number of lines per page must be a multiple of the number of lines of a subfile record.
A subfile cannot contain only Input fields.
An empty subfile will appear when the chosen continuation mark (SFLEND) is "Cont." and the first line in the format following the subfile is not empty.
