Name
Name of the graphical object, used to handle the object in the 4GL source.
If the graphical object was placed using the graphical palette, it will be given a name corresponding to the prefix defined in the "Modify a graphical object" dialog box, which can be accessed via the Object manager.
By default: ID_OBJn (where n is a sequence number).The same will be true if it was placed using the positioning box and the graphical object has no VALUE property.
If the graphical object was placed using the positioning box and it has a VALUE property, it will take the name of the logical property's associated variable.
Whatever the case, you will be able to modify this name.

List of Adelia types supported by the graphical object.
The type selected will set the Adelia type for the object's VALUE property.
Data entry
Length
Length of the graphical object's VALUE property.
If the Adelia type is set to "Alphanumeric", the length will represent the number of characters.
If the Adelia type is set to "Packed" or "Extended", the length will represent the total number of digits, including decimal places.
This field is only active where the object's Adelia type is "Alphanumeric", "Extended" or "Packed".
Decimals
Number of decimal places in the graphical object's VALUE property.
This field is only active where the object's Adelia type is "Alphanumeric", "Extended" or "Packed".
Edit word

Edit word
Edit word associated with the graphical object.
When the program is run, the edit word is used to format the contents of the data input field.
This field is only active where the object's Adelia type is "Extended" or "Packed" and no edit code has been selected.

List of edit codes supported by the graphical object.
The selected edit code will set the edit code for the object's VALUE property.
When the program is run, the edit code is used to format the contents of the data input field.
This field is only active where the object's Adelia type is "Packed", "Extended", "Date", "Time" or "Timestamp" and the "Edit word" field is empty.
Input control
List of input controls supported by the graphical object.
The selected control will set the input control for the object's VALUE property.
When the program is run, the input control is used to select a set of valid characters for the contents of the data input field as the user types them in.
This list is only active where the object's Adelia type is "Alphanumeric", "Packed", "Extended", "Date" or "Time".
