The query manager is an Adelia utility used to display and modify database files.
Access
To open the Query manager, choose the Query manager option from the Adelia Runtime subfolder in the Adelia Studio folder. It can also be accessed via the application launcher provided with the runtime, or via the list of shortcuts associated with the Adelia icons in the task bar.
Data entry
File
File to be handled (AS/400 or Btrieve).
Arguments
The arguments entered depend on the command to be run.
Return code
Code returned after the query has been run.
Rec. no
Sequence number (rank) of the record read (for operations involving positioning).

Code of the command to be run.
Buttons
Copy
This button is used to copy the information contained in the "Answer" section into the "Arguments" field.
Send
This button runs the query which is sent to the server.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box.
