This function is used when sending an e-mail message following an export procedure; the function specifies whether the files resulting from the export procedure are to be attached to the message.

*TRUE: the files resulting from the export procedure are attached to the e-mail message. |
Note: All files in the current export file storage directory whose names begin with the current name used for the export procedure are attached to the e-mail message.
