Access
This menu is part of the menu bar of the Adelia Studio window and can also be obtained by clicking with the right mouse button on the background of the Adelia Studio window, away from any icon.
This menu displays the tools for working with Adelia Studio, environments and buffers.
Icons
This option displays the Adelia Studio window, with the environments displayed as icons. This is the default display mode.
Details
This option opens the Adelia Studio window with the detailed list of Adelia Studio environments.
Sort icons
This option sorts the environments list in alphabetical order. It is activated by default.
Work with the accesses
This option opens a window which is used to display and delete software engineer accesses to the environments on a server machine.
It corresponds to the Adelia Studio command USRPRF.
Work with the bases
An arrow to the right of this submenu lets you access the Adelia Studio database management tool options.
Create an environment / buffer
An arrow on the right of this sub-menu displays options for creating a new environment or buffer.
A buffer is distinguished from a normal environment by its name, which must start with HST. It is thus the name that determines whether an environment or a buffer should be created.
In the case of an environment created in a schema, it is the schema's name that determines the environment or buffer type.
Catalog environments / buffers
This option opens a dialog box which is used to catalog an environment or a buffer.
All the environments and buffers existing in the system are displayed in the list of available environments. Only catalogued environments and buffers appear as icons in the Adelia Studio window.
New features
The Adelia help window opens on the page indicating the new features provided by the latest version or PTF installed.
About Adelia Studio
This option shows the current version number of Adelia Studio, and the corrections (PTFs) applied.
