Access
To copy a work variable, select the Copy option from the context-sensitive menu of the Input help - Variables dialog box in the 4GL Editor (ADELIA programs only).
Data entry
DDS code
DDS code of the variable created by copying another one.
This code (the variable's real name) must be unique within the data environment.
Length: 10 characters maximum.
Mandatory entry.
Guide word
Name of the variable used in Adelia language.
This guide word must be unique within the data environment.
Length: 15 characters maximum.
Default setting: real variable name.
Buttons
Copy (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
The variable created by copying another one is shown in the input help's variable list.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box without copying anything.
Keyboard shortcut: Esc.
