Selected objects can be resized:
Using the left mouse button, click a handle and drag it to the required size (to do this, the object must be set as the reference object).
Using the options in the Adjust submenu in the Tools menu.
By changing the object's width and height properties.
Note: With objects having one or more non-modifiable dimensions, nothing will happen if you move their handles or alter the options in the Adjust menu.
