Important: The Form object is required in order for a Web page to function correctly as part of an Adelia Web Studio application. All the elements in the insertion bar must be placed on the form.
By inserting a form object from the Adelia object bar, an HTML <form name="name" method="post"></form> tag is created.
The name attribute is calculated using the program name, the HTML page number, the FORM string followed by an index.
The action attribute of the "form" tag does not need to be specified; it will be set automatically and appropriately when the Adelia Web program is generated.
It is possible to manage several forms within one HTML page. Only data linked to the submitted form are sent to the server.
Note: Within the same HTML page, each form name must be unique. Likewise, if a program is based on a page layout, all the form names used in the different parts of the page layout must be unique.
