Access
To insert a Data placement object, you must either:
Choose the Adelia Web Studio Objects/Data placement option from the Insert menu in the Macromedia Dreamweaver window.
Click on the corresponding button
in the Adelia object insertion bar in Dreamweaver.
This floating panel (Data Placement) can be used to insert objects linked to Adelia's logical data model into the HTML page.
Note: Single-clicking the window's title minimizes it, leaving only its title bar. The floating panel can be "anchored" to the right or left edge of the workspace.
Lists
A filter above the list of logical entities lets you limit the number of entities displayed simultaneously.
The last 5 filters used are available in the combo box.

Logical entities
List of logical entities in the LDM with their name and description.
Logical properties
List of logical properties in the selected logical entity with their name, description, type, length and their number of decimal places.
Graphical representation
Buttons
Object/Col. heading/Description/Error
Enable you to place separately each piece of information presented in the graphical representation panel.
This type of placement is useful for positioning information inside table cells.

Adelia objects
Let you select the object associated with the selected logical property to be inserted in the page: an entry field, output field, radio button, check box, combo box or image.
The object description is displayed at the top of the pad, under the title "Graphical representation".

Line Text/Error
Depending on the chosen representation, lets you add a description and/or error field for the object which will be inserted in the page using the Place button.

Places the representation of the selected properties and entities into the current code.
