To display or modify the logical properties which will serve as accesses to a logical entity, click the Access button of the Modify the logical entities dialog box of the Screen or Report layout manager.

Name and description of the current logical entity.
Lists
Logical properties
List of the logical properties which serve as accesses to the current logical entity.
The sequence of properties in the list can be modified.
Single-selection list.
Buttons
Remove
This button removes the selected property from the list. A property removed from the list reappears in the list of the Add logical properties dialog box.
This button is not active when no property is selected in the list.
Add
This button opens a dialog box which is used to select, in the list of attached logical properties, the properties which may serve as accesses to the logical entity.
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
