The Data copy tool's fourth and last window shows the list of objects that can be exported, and lets you configure and run the data transfer procedure.
It contains four secondary panels that let you configure the copy procedure:
a setup panel for general source data,
a setup panel for data specific to the object exported (e.g. the data selection condition for SQL or AS/400 tables).
a setup panel for general destination data,
a setup panel for data specific to the object imported (e.g. the file insertion type).
These panels vary according to the data source. Not all sources necessarily have a general or object setup panel.
Only those details that are common to all data sources are described below.

Lists
Object list
This list shows all the objects that can be copied from the source database.
Check the boxes for the objects you want to copy: if necessary, you can change the name of the destination object in the "Destination" column.
At least one object (table or file) must be selected before the tool's copy procedure can be run.
Buttons
This button reloads the object list (i.e. the tables and files) if a selection parameter has been changed in the data source configuration panel (e.g. if a table name filter has been set for the SQL source).
Important: Any object-specific settings and/or selections will be lost.
This button saves the current selection to a command file, enabling it to be run later using a DOS command line. See Batch mode.
Back
Returns you to the log file management window.
Copy
Runs the transfer procedure for the selected objects.
Cancel
This button cancels the operation and ends the program.
