To open this page, you must either:
Select the Add AS/400 objects option from the list of Other files in the installation file management window.
Select the Add programs option from the processes to be run window of an AS/400 variant.
Lists
Objects
List of AS/400 objects that the user can include in the installation, other than those deduced from the programs.
The columns show:
- Object name. This may also be a generic name.
- Object type.
- Name of the source library.
- Description.
Note: Single-clicking the object's Name and Type column headers sorts the list according to the column criterion (first click: sort ascending, second click: sort descending).
You can filter these columns by right-clicking on the column header filter field.

Get
This option closes the dialog box and includes all selected objects in the installation program.
It is only enabled if at least one item in the list is selected.
Remove
This option removes the selected objects from the list.
It is only enabled if at least one item in the list is selected.
Remove all
This option removes all objects from the list.
Data entry
Library
Name of the AS/400 library containing the objects to insert into the list.
Object type
Type of AS/400 objects to insert into the list.
When this dialog box is called from the processes to be run window, the field is shaded and contains the value "*PGM".
Name
Name of an object, or generic name to insert into the list.
Buttons
Add
This button adds an item to the list containing the entered information as its values.
Load
This button reads from the AS/400 all library objects specified in the Library field and matching the specified type and generic name.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box and does not include any objects in the installation program.
