Access
To open this page, click the Definition tab of the Create/Modify a folder dialog box.
This page contains the description of the folder.
Data entry
Name
Folder name.
This name must be unique among the folder names in the environment.
Length: 15 characters maximum.
Mandatory entry.
Description
Description clearly identifying the folder.
Length: 250 characters maximum.
Mandatory entry.
Note: The description entered here will be used in the title of the documentation and will be printed on the produced folder's cover page.
Buttons
Display/Assign
This button opens a dialog box displaying the list of management rules assigned to the folder, as well as the list of available management rules which can be assigned to the folder.
Sequence
This button opens a dialog box displaying the list of management rules assigned to the folder, in order to resequence this list by modifying the sequence numbers of the listed management rules.
This button is not active in display mode.
Information
This button opens a dialog box displaying information on the current folder, such as the name of the software engineer-owner, as well as the dates and times of creation and modification.
Comments
This button opens a dialog box for entering a comment text which will be associated with the current folder.
Note: The comments entered here will be used in the summary of the documentation and will be therefore printed on the produced folder's cover page.
Undo
This button cancels the modifications made and restores the application to its previous state.
A click on the icon 
situated on the upper right-hand corner of the dialog box closes the box. If modifications were made, a confirmation screen appears.
