You can sort the list in ascending or descending order of the values by clicking the column heading.

You can sort the list in ascending or descending order of the values in a column by clicking the corresponding column heading.

Logical entity, access and join entity list
Retrieve
This option lets you insert the name of the selected logical entity, access or join entity into the active document's source, at the cursor's current position.
This option opens a dialog box that lets you include a new file in the program's data environment.
Exclude
This option lets you exclude a file from the program's data environment.
It is effective immediately.
Logical property list
Retrieve
This option lets you insert the name of the selected property into the active document's source, at the cursor's current position.
Refresh
This option updates the list after analyzing the source.
This option opens a dialog box that lets you rename a file field.
Retrieve short name
This option is used to insert the short name for the selected property into the source in the active document, at the cursor's current position.
This option is only active if one or more objects are selected from the list.
Sort by sequence number
This option is used to sort the fields for the logical entity according to their sequence number.
