Access
To display or modify the characteristics of a constant of the Screen layout manager, double-click this constant in the work space.
Displayed data
Length
Number of characters of the constant.
Format
Format of the line where the constant is located.
Line
Column
Line and column where the first character of the constant is located.
Data entry
Text
Text of the constant.
The length of this text is limited by the resolution of the transaction or transaction template, or by the presence of another field on the same line.
Mandatory entry.
Field conditioning
Indicator code (from 1 to 99) which conditions the display of the constant.
Optional entry.
Lists
Color
Display color of the constant.
The default color is set in the screen standards attached to the application area.
Reminder: The constant appears with all its attributes on the screen of the Layout manager.
Check boxes
Style
Just click an attribute to check it and assign it to the constant.
If an attribute is checked, a field appears for entering an indicator.
If an indicator is entered, it conditions the display of the corresponding attribute. Otherwise, the attribute is permanent.
Buttons
Graphical attributes
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the graphical attributes of a constant, for PC generation.
Other parameters
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display, create or modify the other parameters.
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
