This tab of the JIRA request modification dialog box displays the comments added by the developers about the JIRA request.
List
The comments may be collapsed or expanded individually by clicking on the [+] or [-] symbol associated with the comment.
Buttons
+/-
These buttons allow to collapse or expand all the comments in the list.
Create
Allows to add a new comment.
This button is available if the user has the COMMENT_ISSUE right.
